Case study 02

A site that sells, and a workspace that fills it in seconds.

Everyplace · Real estate & hospitality · Medellín, Colombia

Everyplace is a Medellín real estate and hospitality team: homes to own, places to stay, projects to invest in and property management. Search visibility was never the problem — the site and the tooling behind it were. We are rebuilding both: a public site built around three clear intentions, and a private sales workspace where the team publishes inventory with an AI assistant writing and structuring each listing.

The challenge

  • One brand, four very different intentions — buying a home, booking a stay, investing in a project and handing over a property to be managed — all competing for attention on the same site.
  • Strong search presence already earned, so nothing in the redesign could put existing visibility at risk.
  • Publishing inventory was slow and manual: every listing meant writing copy, structuring specs and uploading photography by hand.

What we are building

A homepage organised around intent

Buy a home, stay awhile, invest forward — three doors on the first screen, each leading to its own path, so visitors never have to guess where they belong.

Editorial design, not a listings grid

Large photography, calm typography and real writing about neighbourhoods and living in Medellín. The inventory is shown the way the properties deserve.

A private sales workspace

Team members sign in to a protected portal with inventory, drafts, leads and roles: add a property, review it, publish or unpublish — no developer in the loop.

An AI assistant for new listings

The agent enters the essentials and the assistant produces the title, the description and the structured details — area, bedrooms, bathrooms, neighbourhood, price — ready to review and publish.

Bilingual from the ground up

Spanish for the local buyer, English for the investor and the traveller, on the same structure so both versions stay in sync.

A migration that protects rankings

URLs, structure and metadata are mapped before launch so the visibility Everyplace already earned carries over to the new site.

The sales workspace

A protected area for the Everyplace sales team: inventory, drafts, leads and users in one place, with an AI assistant that turns a handful of details into a finished, publishable listing.

Where it stands

  • 275 properties already in the workspace

The full inventory lives in the portal, published and editable by the sales team from a single screen.

  • Minutes instead of an afternoon

With the assistant drafting copy and specs, adding a listing became a short review step rather than a writing task.

  • One team, clear roles

Sales users, drafts and published inventory are separated, so nothing goes live before someone approves it.

  • In staging, launching on everyplace.co

The redesign is live on a private staging environment while content and migration are finalised.

Ranking was never the hard part here. The win is a site people enjoy using and a workspace where the team publishes inventory in minutes.
